Rules & Policies

Before you settle in, get to know the essential rules and policies that help keep Sleepy Dancers safe, fair, and fun.

Payment Options

We accept major cards and online payments. No cash accepted. Make sure to pay in full before checking in.

Agreement

All guests must agree to house rules before check-in. This ensures a respectful, shared space for every dancer.

Infraction

Any rule violation may lead to warnings or termination of stay. Respecting the space and community is a must.

Food Policy Sign

Label your food and clean up after use. Shared kitchen = shared responsibility. Unlabeled items may be discarded.

Dance Studio Poster

Respect posted studio rules at all times. This includes schedule, footwear, and shared use guidelines for all residents.

Long-Term Contract

Extended stays require a signed contract. Terms include minimum stay, deposit policy, and checkout requirements.

Deposit Received

A deposit is required to secure your booking. No refunds. Credit up to 1 year. Please read info for cancellation policies and to confirm your spot.

Short Stay Payment Info

Short stays must be paid upfront. Bookings are final and non-refundable after payment confirmation.

Check Out Procedure (spanish)

Guests must follow all checkout steps, including cleaning and key return. Full Spanish instructions available upon request.
