Money Topics

I have received confirmation of my reservation. I paid my Stay Fee Full Amount.

I understand that there are no refunds.

I understand I will receive the entry codes to the house AFTER I have made my final payment and finalized all contracts.

I will not share my bedroom entry code to others not assigned to my room.This is an immediate eviction.

I understand that my deposit will be returned after Check-Out is complete, not before. I understand I will receive my deposit within 48 hours after Check Out. (2days)

I understand, Check Out will not be monitored therefore I am responsible for completing my check out duties up to standard.

I understand that failure to complete my Check Out duties will result in deposit deductions per infraction.

If any of the Following Rules are broken, a deduction will be made from your deposit

I have read and understood Sleepy DancersBreakdown of Deposit Deductions.

Visitors

• I will not bring any friends into the house/studio or gate for any
• I will not hang out in front of the property, it draws bad attention to the

Parking

I will not park in the driveway, and only use street parking if I have a car. I will not block the driveway entrance with my car.

I will not block the driveway with scooters/bikes/skateboards.

 Mail

I will not have any REGULAR mail delivered to the house address. This is not my permanent address so I will not use it as such.

** AMAZON or special deliveries are okay!! **

In case of any confusion or questions, I will ask Management FIRST to avoid any mistakes.

Shared Space

I understand that I Have Chores to help keep my new home clean. If not done this will result in a deposit deduction.

**I will be assigned a chore, I will record the time of completion on the white board placed in the kitchen.**

I will notify management if I will not be home to complete the chore before 3PM, or if I will be out for the day/few days, Failure to communicate this will result in a deposit deduction.

I understand that any damage I cause to the home will result in a deduction from my deposit, subject to the damage repair or replacement expense.

I will not leave any personal belongings in the common areas – living room, kitchen, dance studio, laundry room (Laptop, Phone, Clothes & Bags etc.)

**If I leave my personal items unattended and they go missing, there is a possibility that it has been collected by my management. I will have to reach out to @sleepydancers on IG to request to have my items back. This will result in a deposit deduction.**

On Noise and Disruption

I understand that I cannot be loud and disruptive SUNDAY – THURSDAY during the hours of 10PM – 10 AM

**Some people live here permanently/long-term, they work and need to be up early, and even short-term sleepy dancers have projects/training and may also need to be up early.**

I understand that Noise Complaints will result in deposit deductions.

**The common areas are under surveillance, my presence is enough to be guilty of contributing to the noise complaints. If the noise level cannot be kept under control I remove myself from the common areas to avoid being charged. **
 

I am aware that the walls are thin, and that I might have a roommate sleeping in the Zen Room. I will accept the consequences if I do not follow protocol.

I will not make any loud noise after 10pm. Screaming, laughter, running or dancing in the house.

Living Room Agreements

I will not subscribe to ANY streaming service on the TV (free trial or not) example: HBO I will not put my feet on the coffee table.

I will only have 4 pairs of shoes on my shoe shelf at any time. My personal belongings do not belong on my shoe box.

I will not practice/dance in the living room I will not sit on sofa arms

Bedrooms/Tiny Homes/Rv

If I happen to be assigned a top bunk,I understand that Sleepy dancers is not responsible if I become injured (for example – falling – falling during sleep – climbing ladder etc)

I will not remove linens or pillows from other beds I will not change beds without permission

I keep my belongings in my assigned shelf or dresser drawers only.If you don’t it may be thrown away during cleaning or new check in.

I will keep my personal bathroom items in the basket assigned to me.

I will not have any parties with my housemates without written consent from the Manager/Owner

I will not have any food, snacks, or drinks in the bedrooms-not even water. I will not rearrange furniture.

I will store away all my suitcases away after 2 days of Check-In

I will not leave my shoes outside, Sleepy Dancers is not responsible if stolen.

**Unless you have a shoe rack assigned to you outside – tiny homes/RV**

I will not sit, lay or sleep on beds that I did not book.

** The back tiny homes are for 2 people to occupy unless otherwise approved.No other guest friends etc should sleep in the back house for any reason at any time.**

Kitchen

The owner will supply dish soap.If we need more let us know.

I will wash my dishes (basic stove clean) and wipe the counter down within 15 minutes of preparing food or cooking.

**If heavy cooking, a deeper cleaning will be necessary**

I will NOT FOR ANY REASON LEAVE DIRTY DISHES IN THE SINK OR ON THE COUNTER

I understand that any food I leave out on the counter, or not in my designated area, will be thrown out

**The broom is in the kitchen. Garbage bags & Cleaning Products are under the kitchen sink. Use Yellow Rags for Kitchen only. Green fro Restroom**

Freezer

**********Write your name on your food that goes in the freezer********** Bathroom

In order to keep our bathroom space tidy, I will store your shower basket (with all my products) in my designated bedroom space.

I will purchase your own toilet paper and store it in your designated closet space.

**Toilet paper for RVSleepy Dancers will be provided, it needs to specifically be for Septic Tanks**

I will NOT leave my towel and/or toiletries in the bathroom.

**They will be confiscated by management and I will have to pay to get it back**

I will NOT use the towel hook for anything else other than a towel.

**No panties, no clothing**

I will keep my showers to 20 minutes.

Understand that if I take longer showers I will be charged.

Laundry

I am responsible for buying my own Clothes Detergent. I will not leave my laundry unattended.

If I am air drying my clothes outside I will not leave it outside longer than 24 hours.

**Quarters are needed to wash and dry clothes. Ask management for quarters.**

Dance Studio

Normal Dance Studio Hours: Sun-Thurs 8:00am-10:00pm & Fri-Sat: 8:00am-2:00am

1. Do NOT speak loud or stomp loudly between the hours of 10pm –

**There are tenants in the back and you can still hear the dance studio inside the house**

2. USE headphones between the hours of 10pm and
3. REMEMBER to turn off all lights, AC, and FAN when leaving the

OVERVIEW

THERE IS NO HOUSE CURFEW YOU MAY COME AND GO AS YOU PLEASE.

Keep – Doors lock at all times please NO SHOES ON IN THE HOUSE NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES

No Cigarettes – No E-Cigarettes – No Vapes

No Weed!(go the the corner OF THE BLOCK to smoke)

NO FOOD/EATING/DRINKING (no water) IN BEDROOMS NO GUESTS ALLOWED AT ALL

Proof of Agreement

I understand that I am a guest of Sleepy Dancers and not a tenant. With the understanding that I am a guest, I waive any and all tenant rights under California Law. I understand that Sleepy Dancers Company is not required to give a 30 days notice in the case of eviction. Evictions are usually requested in severe cases. In the case of eviction I completely understand that in the case

of eviction, I will be given 72 hours to vacate the premises as a courtesy. I will not pursue legal action against Sleepy Dancers, the Owner, or House Manager under any circumstances. If I do decide to pursue you legally I am fully aware that I will be responsible for all legal fees for both parties.

I am also fully aware, as in the above, that no monies will be refunded in such a case.

I understand that I am a temporary guest, not a Tenant.I waive tenants rights and will follow all rules.

I understand that Sleepy Dancers is not liable if I am injured on the premises

I understand that Sleepy Dancers are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Personal Items.

Long term rentals (6 months or more) should give me 30 days before vacating.Less than 30 days will result in forfeit of deposit.

Long term rentals are subject to no deposit back depending on how well the area was kept while in use.

By signing below, you are agreeing to comply with all the rules and regulations outlined and that you fully understand the House expectations of Sleepy Dance
