Infractions (Rules/Chores/Damage)

It has come to our attention that you have either broken the rules,damaged property or not done your house chores.

Your first notice will count as a warning in the case of a house rule broken or house cleaning duty not done.

In the case of a house chore or rule we will give one warning.(not per each rule).To follow we will begin to deduct monies from your deposit in increments of $10.

Damage property may be accessed immediately or at check out at the discrepancy of the house owner.
