Check Out Procedure

Hi, we want to thank you for your stay with us!! 

We hope you enjoyed yourself and met lots of great people!

We have you scheduled to check out soon.VIDEO CONFIRMATION REQUIRED!

PLEASE TAKE VIDEO! Don’t forget…I WILL NOT CHECK THE CAMERAS!

Here’s the check out procedure.Please read it carefully.

Check Out is by 12pm (Noon)*.YOU MAY CHECK OUT ANYTIME YOU WANT BEFORE 12 NOON.YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ASK US!

**Must notify us if it will be a late  CHECKOUT**

Late Checkout $20 (1-4 hours) Day Rate (4-hours or more)

IF YOU PAID THE ($50) CHECKOUT CLEANING FEE ,IGNORE THE CLEANING  INSTRUCTIONS!SIMPLY SEND US A MESSAGE SAYING YOU HAVE CHECK OUT SO WE CAN SCHEDULE THE CLEANING.

BED ONLY FEE $35

JUST SEND  US THE PLATFORM YOU’D LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR FUNDS.

We will need a real time video of you actually putting quarters in both machines as well as putting the linens inside and starting the machines.

Please leave any leftover food neatly on the kitchen counter and put it in the chat for others to see.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IT ON THE WOOD TABLE NEAR THE TV!!!!!!!!!!

*Please make sure I can see the bed , fridge and shelf numbers in the Picture*

TAKE A PHOTO of your BED , FRIDGE , CABINETS AND SEND IT TO US by instagram ,  by 12 noon. If we receive the photos after 12 noon,we consider that a late check out!

If you schedule a late check out you still must have your things ready by noon.If you want to stay in your bed during the late check out,please ask us if that’s okay because we may have another person arriving.

Late check out is $20.

You may leave luggage and come back for it before leaving to the airport at no additional cost

If you plan to hang around the house there will be an additional day charge.

Washing your linens and then sleeping in them the night before you check out is not allowed.

We can give you a sheet & comforter to sleep on.

Wash all your linens (not the pillow/just pillow case) and properly remake your bed “like a hotel”.(You may choose for us to do it for a $35 charge).If your bed does not look like the picture attached and we have to remake your bed there will be a $15 charge.

If we need to wash your linens and remake your bed there will be a $35 charge.

Empty & Clean out your  dresser (wipe it down),cabinets and fridge.Wipe it down,Sweep Floor and Clear  your area of any trash!

If we have to clean anything at all you will be charged a cleaning fee.

Make sure to grab your chargers,cords,plugs and all personal belongings.

Deposit will be returned to you after  the completion of inspection of your check out (deposit will be returned via PayPal, Venmo, Transferwise or bank ).Within 48 hours.NO MORE CASH RETURNS!

The manager will not meet you at the house to return your deposit.

Failure to follow this procedure will result in deduction from your deposit (Per Infraction)

Failure to clean.$15 per infraction.(shelves ,drawers,bed area etc)

AirBNB charges an approximate $85 cleaning fee.We allow you to save money!Please take advantage of this!

*Without more than 3 days notice, any check outs AFTER 12pm (noon) will be considered an additional day and will be deducted from your deposit.

LASTLY-TELL US HOW YOU’D LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT (paypal etc) Please confirm the address for PAYPAL payments OR TRANSFERWISE
