Cancellation Policy
Early Check-Outs: No discounts, no refunds
Split Reservation Cancellations: If your reservation is split into two stays, once you check-in the first time, you will not be able to receive your stay fee back, only your security deposit in case of cancellation.
Special Discounts: Special discounts or campaign rates paid in advance will not be refunded.
Full Deposit Cancellation: If you pay for 1 month or more in advance and cancel, unfortunately only the security deposit can be refunded. It is recommended you find someone to take over your stay as a replacement (then a full refund can take place, or that person can pay you).
Short Stays: Must be paid fully in advance. No refunds in case of cancellation, only security deposit can be refunded if notified more than 30 days in advance.
