Breakdown

Rate: (depends on the length stay)

Deposit: $150 refundable security/damage deposit (refund within 48 hours of check out)

Processing: $5 processing fee (non-refundable)

For example:

Rate:$800 / $150 / $5 = $955

$355 (plus transfer fees) Required deposit to begin reservation.

New Balance Due  $600

Full Payment or Deposit must be completely processed and in our account before a spot can be held.
